By accessing and using CRE Pulse ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CRE Pulse provides access to public real estate data from government sources including Data.gov, the Federal Reserve Economic Data (FRED), and the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS). The Service also offers AI-powered analysis and question-answering capabilities.

The Service is provided "as is" and we make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data or AI-generated content.

3. Data Sources and Attribution

CRE Pulse aggregates data from the following public sources:

• Data.gov - U.S. Government open data portal (public domain)
• FRED - Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis economic data (display only per Terms of Use)
• BLS - Bureau of Labor Statistics (public domain)

Users are responsible for complying with the terms of use of these original data sources when using data obtained through our Service.

4. AI-Generated Content

Our AI Ask feature uses artificial intelligence to generate responses based on available data. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
• AI responses should not be relied upon as professional financial, legal, or real estate advice
• You should verify important information from primary sources
• FRED data is used for display purposes only and is not included in AI analysis per FRED's Terms of Use

5. User Accounts

Some features require creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as necessary.

6. Subscription and Payments

CRE Pulse offers free and paid subscription tiers. For paid subscriptions:

• Payments are processed securely through our payment provider
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Scrape or bulk download data in violation of rate limits
• Resell or redistribute data in violation of source terms
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CRE Pulse and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
